Patent prosecution support included preparing a summary of the office action received from the patent office. Normally, the patent office/examiner may assert a patent or a group of patents against the applicant rejecting all the claims of the invention due to lack of novelty or obviousness. In addition, the examiner may also assert that the application is obvious in light of one or more prior art.
