Arvind is a IP professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate, academics and Consulting. Currently,he advises clients in Europe, U.S, Canada and India on Intellectual Property matters at IPR Engineers - a company that provides advisory on IP strategy, IP filing, and IP commercialization to assist its clients to generate value from Intellectual Property.

Arvind works with many companies as an independent contractor providing legal and intellectual property services. He has worked in diverse roles including working as Independent Contractor with companies in Germany, Canada, US and India. During his tenure with EBTC, he worked closely with different European Companies to provide IP advisory and with the European Patent Office for capacity building for EPO for patent procedures and rules. He has a nag for technologies and has worked in diverse areas drafting patents and successfully defending them in the Patent Office. Some of the technologies he is currently working include cloud computing, haptics, Artificial Intelligence and navigation. His major assignments include IP consultant at Lofelt (Now acquired by Meta); vice-president at Intrust Global eServices Pvt. Ltd., Head -IPR at an EU project; Sr. manager - Engineering at GlobalLogic; Manager -IP at IPEngine Services. He advises on legal aspect to companies US and India and is external counsel for SparkFX and Binmile technologies.
